Enquiries and quotations

Every job is different. Any initial indication based on a call, message or photograph may need to be confirmed after further details or a site visit. Work, equipment, timing and price should be agreed before work begins.

12-month workmanship warranty

NorthForge installation workmanship is covered for 12 months from completion. If a fault is confirmed to result from our installation workmanship, we will put that work right without an additional labour charge. Equipment and product faults remain subject to the relevant manufacturer warranty.

The workmanship warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alterations or interference by others, provider or service faults, pre-existing defects, consumable items, or circumstances outside the installation work completed by NorthForge. Please report a suspected workmanship issue promptly and allow reasonable access for inspection. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Availability

Service availability depends on location, scheduling, access and the nature of the job. Mention of an area or service does not create an obligation to accept every request.

Customer information

Customers should provide accurate details and highlight relevant access, safety, property or equipment information. Permission should be obtained from the property owner where required.
