What counts as an urgent technology fault?
Common enquiries include a home office losing connectivity, CCTV equipment going offline, a router or internal network failing, or an important telephone connection no longer working. A short call and photographs may help establish whether an immediate visit is useful.
What to send before a call-out
Provide your location, a clear description of the fault, when it started and anything that changed beforehand. Photographs of the router, recorder, phone, cabling or error message can make the first assessment much quicker.
Availability and pricing
Out-of-hours attendance is not guaranteed. Availability and any call-out charge will be explained and agreed before a visit. If the problem is better handled by your broadband provider, equipment manufacturer or another specialist, we will say so.
Request out-of-hours support
Call 07364 245660 or send an urgent WhatsApp enquiry. If there is an immediate risk to life, fire, exposed mains electricity or suspected criminal activity, contact the appropriate emergency service instead.
